Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper for the INTELEC® 2019 Technical Program. There are a number of steps you must complete before your presentation at the Conference.
Be sure to check the conference website (www.intelec2019.org) often as important information is posted regularly on the site.
Your final manuscript will be checked by the Program Committee for appropriate content. If your paper has content outside expectations, it may be removed from the Program and not published in the Proceedings.
There is no difference between a paper and poster in terms of preparing your material for publication in the Conference Proceedings and uploading to the IEEE Xplore digital library.
Manuscripts must be correctly formatted to be able to be uploaded. IEEE has strict rules about formatting. An on-line tool, IEEE PDF Xpress, is available for authors to check the pdf version of their final manuscript for compliance with IEEE formatting requirements. How to access and use the IEEE PDF eXpress is detailed below.
The simplest approach to preparing your manuscript is to use a format template. You can submit your manuscript in either A4 paper size or Letter paper size. The A4-page size templates to use to guide the formatting of your manuscript paper can be found here. The Letter page template to use can be found here. Please do not alter the formatting settings in the template.
Whether you use one of the recommended templates or you choose to use another means to prepare your final manuscript, your manuscript all must comply with the following specifications:
Note that there is no capacity for the Program Committee to fix and repair the PDF paper you lodge to make it IEEE Xplore compliant. Deviations from the above paper specifications could result in removal of your paper from the technical program and the Proceedings.
Before submitting the final pdf version of your manuscript, you must check, and receive verification from IEEE, that the pdf version of your final manuscript is compliant with IEEE formatting requirements. You use the IEEE PDF eXpress system do this:-
All papers accepted into INTELEC® 2019 must be accompanied by an IEEE Copyright Form. INTELEC® 2019 is using the electronic version of the IEEE Copyright Form (eCF).
In order to achieve successful transfer of Copyright, please make sure that the order of the authors and the title you input in the e-form are identical to what is provided in the final paper.
Access to this form will appear on this website shortly.
Any paper submitted to INTELEC® 2019 that is not presented at the Conference will not be submitted to the IEEE for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore digital library.
INTELEC® 2019 will be using a presentation management system. You will be able to find the Presentation Guidelines on the conference website under the technical contributions tab shortly after the closure of the final paper submission period (i.e. after 15 Aug 2019). You are asked to read the information and follow the guidelines about how to prepare you material for presentation at the Conference (i.e. PowerPoint template, Poster size requirements, etc.).
Final oral presentations for the conference must be up-loaded onto the presentation management server. You will be advised at a time closer to the conference about this procedure. Presentations will be checked by the Program Committee.
The following applies to all the Technical Topic streams and Poster Sessions, as well as the Commercial Product Exposure stream in the Technical Program for INTELEC® 2019.
All required registrations must be completed and paid in full by 15 August 2019. If any of these author registration requirements are unclear or create specific difficulties for the authors or nominated presenting author, please contact the Registration Secretariat at email@example.com. Please register here.
For visa invitation letter and other visa related questions, please contact the Conference Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Visa letters will only be provided once a fully paid registration has been received by INTELEC® 2019.
